We use our own free range eggs and bacon and sausages from our own pigs.

Our fresh eggs come from our own hens they do not have lions or any stamps on them.

 
The bacon, sausages, pork joints and ham are from our Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs. Ingredients  are sourced from local suppliers in the Wye Valley or the Forest of Dean and are organic and Fair Trade whenever possible.

Vegetarians are well catered for too. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.

Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am - you can choose when to eat.

High Tea is served at 6pm @£8.00 per person

Choice of - for example

Welsh rarebit, scrambled egg on toast, beef sandwiches,

served with bread and butter and homemade conserves with homemade cake/scones/biscuits and a pot of tea of your choice.

Evening meals - if you would like to eat in (and bring your own wine!)  then we can provide a three course meal, a cold platter or just a snack.

They are usually served at approx 7.30pm but can be later if you wish.

Steep Meadow Salad Platter @  £25.00 for 2 people.

We use local produce whenever possible. If the weather is suitable you can dine outside as the view is just lovely in the evening sunlight.
