The shower room has gleaming tiles and heated towel rail. The shower is thermostatically controlled. There is a large lit mirror, shelving and an electric shaver point with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space plus an electric trouser press, a hairdryer and hair straightners. On the wall a flat screen television with Freeview.

You will find a silent mini fridge containing fresh milk and into which you are welcome to pop your own wine/champagne/local produce. There is a hospitality tray with biscuits, an assortment of teas - such as Fruit, Earl Grey, Peppermint and decaffinated plus coffees.

"We stayed in Oak which was spacious, airy and very well equipped (the en suite wet room was posh indeed, not what we're used to at all!). The bed was very comfortable and we awoke to the sound of birds singing and chickens clucking away - very nice! The views from the room were spectacular."

We provide a selection of books, magazines and tourist information for you to browse through so relax in the armchair with its soft cushions or sit outside on the patio and drink in the view and peace and quiet.

Please note that both rooms have hand made oak doors with Suffolk latches - John has made catches so you  can lock them whilst you are in the room but they cannot be locked from the outside.
