Packed lunches available - £6.00. please let us know the evening before if you require a packed lunch. These can consist of sandwiches made with our homemade bread - possibly with our own ham - cherry tomatoes and 2 pieces of fruit, a piece of homemade fruit cake or homemade biscuits and bottled water.
Bookings/Deposit
When booking, a deposit (non refundable) is required of £25.00 or £40.00 for our special offer 2 night break.
Please make cheques payable to Helen Theophilus (with banker's card details on the back).
Please note that all reservations are contractually binding whether made by telephone, in writing or by other means.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept credit cards at present.
If the deposit is not received within 4 days, we will assume that the booking has not been taken up. A longer period will be given for bookings outside UK.
Arrival/Departure Times
We normally ask our guests to vacate their room by 10.30am. This allows us to prepare your room, ready for guests arriving from 4.00pm onwards. Please do not hesitate to contact us should this be inconvenient.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking by post or email, with information on how to find us.
Cancellations
Regrettably we cannot refund the booking fee and guests may be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room.
Parking
Ample on-site parking is available.
Children/Pets
In the interests of health and safety we are unfortunately unable to cater for children under the age of 10.
Dogs - we welcome one well behaved dog but because of the animals at Steep Meadow we ask that it be kept on a lead at all times - and it must bring its own bed and sleep in it!
There may be a small charge depending on amount of hair it sheds.
